WE BUILT THIS VENUE FROM THE GROUND UP

With the help of family and friends, Woodbridge has been curated singled handedly by it’s owner’s blood, sweat & tears. Following our own backyard wedding, we threw ourselves into intense landscaping projects and the curating of our venue. In 2023, we hosted our first few weddings by renting out our property and by the Spring of 2024, we had our beautiful, permanent event tent. We are constantly working to improve and add to our venue’s boasting event space anywhere we can. When you’re supporting us, you’re supporting a family with big dreams to share!

THE SQUAREBODY

This truck is Taylor’s pride and joy in which he rebuilt by himself using three different trucks. He is always so thrilled when couples choose to include it in their wedding celebrations. Whether that be taking photos together in the bench seat or dropping the tailgate for cuddle in the back - it adds that perfect vintage vibe to your wedding day that so many couples have really loved.

ULTIMATE PRIVACY

Woodbridge boasts a beautiful and serene 100 acre property. Neighboring properties are 100-200 acres with a beautiful, quiet hay field across the road. Peever line is a quiet dirt road allowing the venue the perfect, private setting to host your event easily accessible right off of a main highway. We have ample hotels and Airbnb's surrounding us just a few minutes away.

DOG FRIENDLY

Allowing your canine family members to join you in your ceremony and photos afterwards is important to us as our dogs are our family too. We are one of the few venues in the area that allow dogs to be a part of your celebration and we hope to continue to do so for many years to come! We do ask that you designate someone specifically to care for them during their time here and always keep them on leash. This ensures safety for not only them but also our horses on property as well which is very important to us. Unfortunately we do not allow dogs on site for our Modern Micro Weddings and appreciate your understanding.

HORSES ON SITE

Our family includes our horse (Ivy) and small mule (Daisy May) who live on site full time. They thoroughly enjoy their roles as background models in the beautiful front field while they work tirelessly to maintain the grass. Their efforts are most appreciated and they are always rewarded with lots of love and treats. We strongly recommend keeping any real or faux flowers away from them as they make a tasty and mighty expensive/tragic snack!

PHOTOGRAHPHY BACKDROPS

The venue grounds offer stunning beauty in every direction. Spring-Fall we experience a variety of wildflowers growing throughout almost the entire property in addition to the well groomed gardens and landscapes. Our venue area is also treated for mosquitoes to keep you and your guests comfortable during the warmer months.

OUR NAMESAKE - THE BRIDGE

A brand new addition adding unique charm. The bridge made of wood railway ties placed by hand was how the name Woodbridge Acres came to be. The flowing creek below it adds peace and tranquility to the already serene large property. You’ll wild rose growing along it’s edges among a variety of other wild flowers. The bridge has been professionally assessed and approved for it’s strength so you need not worry when crossing it with large vehicles. It makes a stunning backdrop along the long driveway for couple’s photos and more.

DONATIONS TO ALL HEART PET RESCUE

We actively donate and offer to enable our couples to donate to our neighbors, ALL HEART PET RESCUE. If a couple wishes to leave their empty alcohol containers behind after an event, we will bring the empties to the local Beer store and donate the funds to ALL HEART PET RESCUE. We are always happy to provide proof of donation to our couples. Rescuing animals has been a passion of ours for many years and we are so happy to help a local rescue/neighbor. Ask us about our success as first time foster parents with the collie named Wednesday!
